Building with IZOBLOK

Building wall parts are very environmentally friendly, both in production and building. IZOBLOK saving nature. In addition to cement and water, we use wood chips to produce blocks as a waste material for wood processing. Because IZOBLOK is considerably lighter compared to other building materials, it also reduces the environmental load during transport, and we also supply it without pallets and plastic foils.

Great insulation of heat

The excellent thermal properties of IZOBLOK provide a layer of insulation that is already installed in the brickwork during production. Thus, the insulation protects four centimetres of wood-cement material from mechanical damage and weathering. You do not have to retrograde the construction.

Reduces external noise

The wood-cement material of the blocks has excellent sound properties. IZOBLOK dramatically reduces the level of sound penetrating into the building from the outside, helping to create a relaxed atmosphere in the apartment and common areas of apartment buildings.

Resistance

Both against low and high temperatures, sunlight, humidity and winter. These features have IZOBLOK despite its low weight, making it easier and easier to build. The surface of the blocks is flat and coarse, therefore it forms an excellent foundation for plaster.

Breathability

The insulating layer inside the IZOBLOK blocks is regularly interrupted by connecting ribs, which allow water vapor to flow out of the interior, remove excess moisture and prevent moulds. So, the building breathes so much, and living in IZOBLOK houses is healthier.

Thanks to the precise shaping of IZOBLOK parts and their low weight, the construction is done simply by hand, "dry" without connecting material. The wood-cement blocks during the construction work as a lost formwork. They can be cut and milled according to individual needs, for example, for the installation of distribution systems.

Production procedure

Wood-cement blocks are large-format wall parts designed for dry masonry that meet all the requirements for modern construction. The positive properties of wood used for the production and the technological procedures eliminate any negative properties and guarantee the excellent technical parameters of the walls.

Connection of wood chips and cement

Mixing the mineralized spruce chips, cement and water creates a wood-concrete which is shaped in a steel form of vibrolis into a hollow block. The milling process will get the exact shape.

Shaped bocks in combination with concrete

Formwork then serves as a lost formwork for filler concrete and as a carrier of embedded thermal insulation and plaster. Its size is lightweight, frost-resistant and fire resistant.
